    tried the calorie calculator,
great idea & easy, s/b on every health site by law!
    but designed so poor
the result is in a box so ridiculously small i could only read
first two numbers of what is likely four….
    no help…. please
get the box enlarged — to accommodate up to five figures —
or fire the designer/ programmer/ proofreader
& hire me to ensure your site is professional.

Any plain non fat will do the job.the only ingredient should be cultured non fat milk. Oikos by Danone is one example.
Add slivered almonds to get healthy mono unsaturated fat

I think Greek yogurt is too thick I need to add water. I do my best to consume non-dairy varieties of yogurt. I also feel having fat in a dairy yogurt is better. So thanks for info.
